Cedar Heights

Wilco Conservation Group Incorporated has proudly designed Cedar Heights.  We have created a development that coincides with nature.  The three main reasons Cedar Heights lends itself to conservation are the mature trees, tree lines, and the mild elevation changes.  These three elements create a private and undisturbed development.  We incorporated in a one mile nature trail for all families to enjoy, you can walk it, jog it, or run it.  The nature trail runs through all mature trees, by a spring feed stream, and Stony Run Creek.  We have covenants in place to help guarantee your investment in your home and lot.  The most important covenants are 2,200 sq ft single story and 2,700 sq ft two story homes, no vinyl siding, the colonial homes in Cedar Heights go a step above in quality and instill materials that look like materials used in the era of your home, and still be maintenance free.  Mike would be very happy to walk the lots with those that are interested in living in Cedar Heights.  For More Information Call Mike Wilson - Owner at (717) 226-2234.
